What happens in a Listening Exchange and what will I have to do?

You will be paired with one other person who has a different view from you. A mediator will ask you both questions in turn, and you will be asked to listen carefully to what the other person says.

What would I need to do to prepare for a Listening Exchange?

You do not need to prepare anything. We just ask that you arrive in “listening mode” and are willing to hear views that are different from yours. You will also have time to share your own views and experiences.
